FIMAVYN purchases are covered by a minimum 60-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. An eligible customer may request a refund during the applicable guarantee period without being required to prove that the product did not work or provide a reason as a condition of the request.

How to Request a Refund

Contact support@fimavyn.com to request a refund. When a physical return applies, follow the instructions provided by Product Support and the Returns page before sending the product.

Authorized Checkout

Before payment, the authorized sales platform must display refund and purchase terms consistent with this minimum 60-day guarantee.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless FIMAVYN expressly provides a prepaid return shipping label. Please contact Product Support before sending any return. If a prepaid return label is provided as an exception, any applicable terms will be communicated to the customer in advance.
