Shipping Policy

Status: Not yet active. FIMAVYN is not currently accepting live orders through this preview.

United States Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Estimated delivery within the continental United States is 3–5 business days after processing. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Carriers and Tracking

ShipOffers may select from multiple carriers according to destination and service, including UniUni, FedEx and USPS. After a package ships, an automated shipment-confirmation email with its tracking number may be sent to the customer.

Package Pricing Display

The planned offer displays $9.99 standard shipping for one bottle and free standard shipping for three- and six-bottle packages within the continental United States.

Initial Service Area

The initial FIMAVYN launch is planned for addresses within the continental United States only. International destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses will not be enabled in the initial checkout. Availability may be expanded later after destination rules and charges are configured.

U.S. Returns Facility

Authorized returns may be directed to ShipOffers, 19655 East 35th Drive, Suite #100, Aurora, CO 80011, United States. Customers must contact support@fimavyn.com before sending a return because return instructions and authorization may be required. This is a fulfillment and returns facility, not FIMAVYN’s corporate headquarters.

Customer Review Before Payment

When sales are activated, customers will be able to review destination eligibility, the applicable shipping charge and current order terms before submitting payment.

Exceptions Still Pending

Before live ordering begins, this policy will be completed with the approved procedures for address corrections and opened, damaged, lost, refused or undeliverable shipments.
